One of the greatest challenges facing any REALTOR is letting their target market know how they answer the question 'What's In It For Me?'

For ASA Members, the key is to providing an answer to that question to a number of very different demographics:

  • Matures / Seniors / Boomer
  • Their families
  • Your client database
  • Your professional Sphere of Influence
The other greatest challenge for most ASA Members is their limiting-beliefs around getting paid for their time when providing services that fall outside the real estate transaction. Some of the challenges commonly faced are:

  1. How do I figure out how much my time is worth?
  2. How do I let people know, in advance, that I charge for my time?
  3. How do I communicate the value I bring to the client - to the client and to my Sphere of Influence?
  4. What is the process of getting paid for my time outside the real estate transaction?

The course devotes a half-day to each main topic listed above and includes role playing and classroom instruction by Chris Newell. 

The registration fee of $159.00 + HST ($179.67) includes a brochure, worksheets, letters (can be used as emails too) dialogues, and a course manual.

  • What are your cancellation and refund policies for the courses?

    We do not give refunds within 16 days of the start date of any course. 17 or more days prior to the class start date, you can request a refund, subject to a $75 administration fee. 

    You are free to sell your seat to someone else should you wish, however, they will have to pay you for the course registration.

  • Can I change my registration to a different class session?

    Yes, you may also, 17 or more days prior to the course start date, request to have your tuition fee applied to a future class within 3 months following the course date for which you originally registered. There is a $75 administration fee for changing registration.

  • I don't want to give my credit card information online - can I phone it in?

    Yes you can. What you need to do is go to the registration site and complete all of the information required. Processing your card by telephone costs us an extra $18 + HST, and we do pass this cost directly on to you.
